  • I use your actual artwork to build the collage. Any unused pieces of artwork will be returned to you.

  • There isn’t a single “best” age, it’s less about age and more about having a body of artwork that feels meaningful to you.

    I’ve created collages for children as young as Pre-K and under, as well as for elementary, middle school, and even high school students. Each stage carries its own personality, marks, and memories.

    Some families choose to create one collage that spans many years, while others make multiple collages grouped by different stages of childhood.

    The right time is simply when you look at the artwork you’ve saved and feel ready to see it come together as one piece.

  • Absolutely! You can combine artwork from multiple children into one collage. It often creates a beautiful, cohesive story that reflects all of their styles together. If you prefer to give each child their own spotlight, separate pieces work wonderfully too. It really comes down to the look and feeling you want for your space.

  • I recommend selecting pieces that feel most meaningful or representative of your child’s stage of creativity. 

    I work with almost any children’s artwork on paper: paint, marker, crayon, pencil, watercolor, chalk, pastel, etc. 

    2D artwork is best, but light 3D elements are okay (glitter, googly eyes, pom-poms). 

    If pieces are laminated and you want them included, please photocopy the artwork and send the photocopy. 

    Please avoid cardboard or art panels.

  • Yes, gently and intentionally. I create painted papers and textures that add cohesion, depth, and balance to the final piece, while preserving the integrity of your child’s original work. It’s a blend of their creativity and my fine-art process.

  • I typically leave the edges as exposed wood. However, I do offer a custom edge finish. You can choose a neutral tone or provide a specific color preference.

    Custom Edge Finish Pricing:
    Standard pieces (up to 30×30): $150
    Large pieces (30×40 – 48×60): $200
    Extra-large pieces (48×72+): $250

  • Your Heirloom Collage is built on a cradled wood panel– a sturdy, gallery-quality surface often used for fine art. Each panel is sealed and vanished so it’s ready to hang as soon as it arrives. You can hang it directly on the wall using standard picture hooks, no frame needed.

  • Each collage is sealed with a matte, UV-resistant finish for long-lasting color and mounted on a cradled wood panel with hanging hardware—ready to display.

    Note: No colored paper is fully fade-proof, but I take steps to protect your piece with archival materials and multiple coats of UV protection.

  • I’m currently booking on a first-come, first-served basis.

    To reserve your spot you must:
    -Submit a 50% deposit

    Once your deposit is received, I’ll confirm your place in my schedule. I can only take a limited number of commissions each month, so early booking is encouraged!

  • U.S. Shipping:
    Works under size 30×40 usually ship under $200 via UPS or FedEx; larger pieces may be closer to $500. If you are on or near the east coast, delivery is often less.

    International Shipping:
    I do offer international shipping. Please reach out with your location, and I’ll provide a custom quote and estimated timeline before you order. Shipping costs can vary quite a bit depending on the size of the piece and destination, but we can review options together to see if it makes sense.
